We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email, and company — when you book a demo, contact us, or create a Studio account. When you use the dubbing pipeline, we process the video, audio, and text content you upload solely to generate your requested output.

2. How we use it

We use collected information to operate and improve the FaceMagic service, respond to inquiries, and communicate updates about your account. We do not sell personal information.

3. Voice cloning consent

Voice cloning features require you to confirm you have the right to use a speaker's likeness and voice. We do not use uploaded video or cloned voice data to train models for other customers.

4. Data retention

Uploaded source files and renders are retained for the duration of your active account and a limited period afterward, so you can re-download past projects. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and move through this site — which pages are opened, roughly where traffic comes from, and which browser or device is used. It assigns a randomly generated identifier stored in a cookie on your device. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not use these cookies for advertising.

These cookies are only set if you accept them. Analytics does not load and no data is sent to Google until you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, nothing is loaded.

You can change your decision at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page. Withdrawing consent stops analytics loading and clears the cookies it previously set. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage, so clearing site data will make the banner appear again.

Cookies strictly necessary for the site to function are not covered by the banner. Google's handling of the data it receives is described in its own privacy policy.
